Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to assist in the day-to-day running of a busy Hardware Trade Counter.
Job Specification: Serving customers, dealing with any queries
Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor
Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store
Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
Other sales related duties
Ordering goods
Assist in the company stock counts
Skills Required: Excellent customer service
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
Able to work on own initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
Excellent telephone manner
Previous experience in a similar industry/sector is desirable
