Hillview Care Home in Ware is seeking a dedicated Day Care Assistant to promote and deliver personalized care & engagement throughout the day, contributing to maintaining residents' dignity, independence, and personal safety.
Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
Provide care detailed in residents' individualized care plans, embracing a person-centered approach.
Support residents with personal care, promoting independence while ensuring privacy and respect.
Assist residents with meals in a dignified and respectful manner, fostering a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
Identify and meet the social, emotional, and cultural needs of residents, participating in person-centered engagement.
Support residents in utilizing the environment, including outdoor living spaces.
