HR Business Partner - Part time in Bournemouth - CV-Library

Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the business on a part-time basis. This is a crucial role to support the further growth of the business, supporting on the day-to-day HR, bringing in L&D to improve progression and development opportunities and designing and developing policy and procedures.

This position would suit someone who is experienced in HR, who is able to provide strategic insight, day to day HR support, and work alongside the Managing Director and Senior management to continue the success and growth of the business and its people.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies.

* Support managers with any ER issues, performance improvement and upskilling employees to ensure solid succession planning long term.

* Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding, training initiatives to identifying areas of improvement.

* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements and providing guidance when needed.

Experience:

* Strong background in HR and understanding of the UK employment law and best practices.

* Able to instigate positive change and improvement in a collaborative way with peers.

* Able to build strong relationships and influence those at all levels.

* CIPD Qualified

Salary & Benefits:

• £40k – 45k per annum (pro-rated) Part time

• 28 days holiday increasing with service
