Multi-Skilled Plumber in Liverpool - CV-Library

Resourcing Group is working with a national maintenance contractor who are expanding their direct work force due to an additional contract being awarded some additional works.

Purpose of the Job:

To respond in a prompt and effective manner to reactive and Planned Project Works as allocated by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take instruction ensuring any materials are sourced prior to appointment and all customer appointments are attended on time.

· Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken inclusive of photos and materials used after each job. This will require you to be competent using programs such as Outlook and Word.

· Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures, safe working practices adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards

· To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level.

· Display good trade knowledge and be able to complete multi trades to a high standard.

· Carry out void property inspections.

Trades involved:

· Basic Plumbing

· Basic Plastering

· Minor Carpentry

· Tiling

· High quality silicone work

Job role requirements

· Experience in a similar multiskilled role previously

· Full UK driving license (required)

· Own you own vehicle and tools
