We are seeking a technically sound and people focused HR Business Partner for this medium size Trust, with ambitious growth plans.

As HR Business Partner, you will work within a designated staff group, working closely with managers to build skills and expertise to embed a consistent approach to all people matters. You will deal effectively with a wide range of cases, providing advice, coaching and support across the Trust.

Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5, you will offer strong technical HR skills coupled with exceptional communication and relationship building skills. The perfect candidate will bring first class administrative and organisational skills, enthusiasm and dedication to be part of a committed team.

This is a hybrid working basis, with 1-2 days working from home and excellent CPD and employee benefits on offer.
