Northampton / Hybrid Remote
Salary £55K OTE [Uncapped Commission] 
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our vibrant Automotive Recruitment Team in Northampton. Working with an existing, successful, and high-performing team, with a mix of established, experienced and trainee consultants, as an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business area, delivering first-class recruitment services to our existing and your new automotive customers.

The person:

Work as part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun!
Business Development / Sales – identify and secure new business, build and develop relationships with existing and new automotive clients.
Identify and building partnerships with candidates at all levels.
Provide outstanding service to your automotive clients and candidates.
Source new candidates, pre-screen, and conduct interviews.
Generate leads to further develop our standing within the automotive sector.
Identify new opportunities inside and outside our current automotive sector.
