About
  
In this role, you will:

Take charge of a designated group of learners, providing top-notch training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment for timely qualification completion.
Act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, fostering positive relationships to support learner development and progress tracking.
Conduct thorough initial assessments and create personalized learning plans to guide learners effectively.
Design and deliver high-quality training programs, combining classroom and on-the-job instruction for comprehensive skill development.
Collaborate with employers to create activities promoting learner growth on and off the job.
Continuously assess learner progress, adhering to college values and awarding body standards for best practices.   
What would the perfect applicant look like?

Passion for training and development
Hold a minimum of Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Must have Assessors qualification
Passed your GCSE in Maths and English (Grade C or higher)
