Our client is a well known building contractor based in Dublin.

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of their fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be critical in driving project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

* Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and budgets.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to uphold high standards of workmanship.

* Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

* Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

* Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance and support to on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.

* Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
