Contracts Manager in Warwick - CV-Library

Experienced Contracts Manager required for a well established contractor based in the Warwick area. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with flexibility to meet the demands of the business and some Weekend work with time in lieu. National coverage with the majority within the M25, you will co ordinate generally on a weekly basis based on a new enquiry, new and existing contracts.

You would be expected to work within the office at least 2-3 days per week. The duties will include:-

Communicate internally and externally to contractors and sub contractors

Carry out surveys, pre contract and post contract

Preparation of materials, take offs, puchasing materials in readiness for delivery

Co ordinate with the warehouse and logistics manager in reqgards delivery requirements

Site visits/ meetings. Liaise with site managers/ commercial managers on a daily or weekly basis to ensure the job is running efficiently.

Sub contract labour control

Quality control installation

Health & safety monitoring and inspection

Financial control, assisting and monitoring costs.

Assisting with the preparation, submission and agreement of final accounts

Remedial review on completion & handover.

Applicants will requrie a CSCS Black card

Salary subject to experience
