Assistant Project Manager in Milton Keynes - CV-Library

TXM Recruit are on the lookout for multiple Assistant Project Managers to join a growing construction company in Milton Keynes. This role will be based in the office and on site so potential Project Managers will need to be based within a commutable distance.

The projects the Assistant Project Managers will be assisting on consist of multiple industrial/warehouse fit-outs and refurbishments so experience working on these projects is ideal. Typical working hours range from 40-45 hours due to travelling to site (this travel will be paid for).

Assistant Project Managers Duties –

* Assisting the Project Manager on all duties including managing teams of trades on industrial/warehouse fit outs and refurbishments

* Assisting with projects scope of works

* Helping with budgeting, forecasting and monitoring materials, tools and labour

* Liasing with clients to ensure projects are being completed within timeframes and if any issues arise being able to address and solve accordingly.

* Aiding with negotiations, valuations, variations, and scheduling

* Contributing and writing detailed reports

* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times

The ideal Assistant Project Managers will have

* 2 years UK experience within the construction industry working as an Assistant Project Manager

* Ideally have SMSTS – if not SSSTS

* Full UK Driving License

* First Aid

This is a permanent position with a benefits package which will be confirmed, including holiday (22 days + BHs) and pension.
