Parts Administrator

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch

A leading Manufacturer who supplies engineered products to a variety of customers around the UK and Europe are looking to recruit a Parts Administrator to join their Aftersales team.

The company is experiencing growth and in line with their plans for the future are adding to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing company where you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service, dealing with customer requests for spare parts, providing quotations, processing parts orders and resolving technical enquiries regarding warranty issues.

Your key responsibilities will include the following;

* Dealing with customer requests for spare parts

* Collating quotations for spares, processing orders and invoicing

* Contacting suppliers to place customer part orders and ensuring timely receipt

* Monitoring customer orders to ensure safe receipt and on time for engineer’s visits

* Liaising with the service team to ensure parts are available to schedule requirements

* Managing the warranty process

* Ensuring databases are kept up to date with order progression and customer communication

* Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and a confident telephone manner

* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems

* A positive, can-do attitude to finding solutions for customers

* A mature approach to learning, with the ability to retain in-depth knowledge of complex products and processes

* Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively

* A team-centred approach, with the natural ability to work with your colleagues and do the best thing for the customer

Based in newly refurbished offices with plenty of onsite parking.
