Job Title: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Static)

Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, training and development opportunities, company pension scheme

We are currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance

Responsibilities:

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems across commercial properties
Carry out electrical installations and repairs where required
Diagnose and rectify faults with electrical systems and equipment
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant health and safety regulations
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure work is carried out to their satisfaction
Work collaboratively with other members of the maintenance teamRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role, carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial properties
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadIn return for your skills and experience, we are offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum,. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and have access to training and development opportunities.
