Operations Manager - Hertfordshire

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £50k - £70k (DOE)

Industry: Construction/Demolition

Overseeing the day to day works across various sites. You will ensure that work is carried out and completed to high health, safety and quality standards, delivered within the agreed time scales.

Operations Manager responsibilities:

Manage Supervisors/teams on various sites
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to understand the scope of works
Carry out surveys
Manage work to RAMS
Collate Daily Record Sheets and issue to office
Assist with the tendering process

Skills/Experience required:

SMSTS
NVQ Level 2 Drilling & Sawing (desirable)
CSCS card
Communication skills
UK Driving License
