Project Manager in Milton Keynes - CV-Library

TXM Recruit are on the lookout for multiple Project Managers to join a growing construction company in Milton Keynes. This role will be based in the office and on site so potential Project Managers will need to be based within a commutable distance.

The projects the Project Managers will be working on consist of multiple industrial/warehouse fit-outs and refurbishments so experience working on these projects is crucial. Typical working hours range from 40-45 hours due to travelling to site (this travel will be paid for).

Project Managers Duties –

* Managing teams of trades on industrial/warehouse fit outs and refurbishments

* Managing the projects scope of works

* Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring materials, tools and labour

* Working with clients to ensure projects are being completed within timeframes and if any issues arise being able to address and solve accordingly.

* Dealing with negotiations, valuations, variations, and scheduling

* Preparing detailed reports

* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times

The ideal Project Managers must have –

* Over 4 years UK experience working in the construction sector on industrial/warehouse fit-out and refurbishment projects.

* SMSTS

* Knowledge of commercials, valuations, schedules and variations

* Experience managing projects ranging in value from £50k to £5 million

* Knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts

* Full UK Driving License

* First Aid
