Enterprise Business Development Manager - Construction/Land Builders Developers and Planning

Software and Data solutions for Construction and Development projects

£80k basic, uncapped £130k OTE

Remote role

This business has experienced 20% year on year growth in the last decade. They sell a range of Data, Software and Solutions that help Construction companies and Developers decide how and what to build when acquiring land.

As part of their growth strategy they are looking for a seasoned Business Development specialist who has strong knowledge and experiences, dealing with Housebuilders, Construction businesses and Land Developers from both the public and private sector. There is a strong package on offer with an uncapped commission and remote working.

Supported by an inside sales team and solutions architects, you will be selling to senior decision makers, showing how their data solutions can help these developers make better decisions during land procurement and building processes.

The role is a remote sales role, occasional meetings in Birmingham. You must be able to drive and will be expected to be visiting customers, completing product demos and closing deals at a board level.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following skills and experiences:

- Knowledge and experience of dealing with Land Buyers, Construction Business, Property and Public Infrastructure Developers

- Could have been in a Sales role, Consulting or Land Buying capacity

- Comfortable with a 'New Business' sales role, including cold calling, meetings with customers and building a sales pipeline.

- Experienced in closing deals in this space and delivering against sales targets

- UK passport and driving licence holder, access to a vehicle and happy to travel to customer sites
