TPF Recruitment, in collaboration with a distinguished independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell, is actively seeking accomplished, ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified Audit & Accounts Seniors to join their successful, growing team.

We are a prominent independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell, dedicated to providing comprehensive accounting, audit, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulations.

Conduct audit fieldwork, including testing controls, assessing risk, and documenting findings.

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients to improve their financial processes and controls.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion of qualification.

Previous experience in audit, accounts preparation, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation, and mainstream VAT within a reputable accounting firm.

Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is desirable.

Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Benefits

Salary Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualification status.

25 days holiday.
