Responsibilities:

* Finalise monthly accounting processes and generate analytical reports.

* Lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

* Business partner with non-finance stakeholders on a frequent basis.

* Manage stock, supplier payments, tax tasks, and payroll with precision.

* Oversee team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant management experience.

* Displays adaptability, organisation, and efficient project management skills.

* Proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

* Excellent communicator, adept at fostering teamwork in diverse settings.

* Thrives under pressure, demonstrates leadership by example, and welcomes constructive feedback.
