Driver Hire, the UK's top logistics recruitment agency with a 40-year history, is seeking an experienced National Sales Executive to join our busy, highly valued National Accounts team.

National Sales Executive Role:

Driver Hire supplies temporary drivers and other staff to thousands of logistics businesses every day. Many of those businesses have multiple locations across the country and have the potential to convert into a National Accounts customer.

Your core objective in the National Sales Executive role will be to identify those leads, outreach, pitch and convert.

National Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

* Take a structured approach to identifying and developing new client relationships Researching, identifying and contacting warm leads.

* You will ensure maximum benefit is derived from the CRM

* Manage outbound marketing activity to potential new National Account customers

* Generating new business appointments for the NSM

* Build a strong sales pipeline

About You:

Driven and ambitious, you will have some proven sales success and be looking to make your mark in order to progress and advance your career with us – there is potential to move into sales leadership or account management roles.

Ideally educated to degree level, the most important thing we look for are strong communication skills, an aptitude to learn and a positive attitude. As a National Sales Executive, you will enjoy success with your:

* Passion for sales and enthusiasm to learn and develop these skills.

* Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards.

* Self-starting motivation

* Organisation skills and ability to pick things up quickly, learning the ropes of recruitment, compliance and legislation in the industry

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective customers and internal stakeholders.

* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail

* Microsoft Office skills
