Paid Media Manager in Brighton - CV-Library

Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a digital marketing agency for a talented individual with 3+ years of paid media experience.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience using all forms of META (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp and Workplace).

The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients, utilising all or some mediums of paid (including Social, Search, Shopping, Display, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads), and running a mixture of lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for setting up campaigns, optimising and reporting for our clients, as well as building and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

* Creating campaigns from scratch across multiple paid social platforms

* Creating campaigns from scratch across multiple paid media platforms

* Deep knowledge of the core principles of paid advertising

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

* Budget pacing

* Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as e-commerce integrations like Shopify and WooCommerce

* Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to PPC and Paid Social

* Search query analysis and ad group expansion

* Audience analysis and optimisation

* Presenting to clients

* Building and optimising Search and Shopping campaigns

* Keyword reviews

* Familiarity with conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding objectives

* Reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

* Undertaking keyword research

* Keeping up to date with industry trends

* Client communication and account management
