Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Landscape Team Leader on a permanent basis located in Southampton, Hampshire.  

Candidate must hold a Full UK Drivers License for this position

Responsibilities

As the Lanscape Maintenance Team Leader you will be leading a small team of landscapers and completing a variety of tasks which could include:
Landscpae duties on high end clients 
Enforcing Health and Safety regulations 
A good knowledge of landscaping
Experience with dealing with clients face to face 
Liasing with company directors 
Managing a team of people
Requirements

PPE will be essential 
Full UK Drivers License required
At least 4 years experience in the horticultural industry 
Ideally experience leading a team of people 
Benefits

£30,(Apply online only) - £32,(Apply online only) per annum, though dependant on experience  
Permanent role
7:00-4:30 , Monday to Friday
