Pharmacy Technician Team Leader in Tamworth - CV-Library

I am looking to recruit a Pharmacy Technician to undertake a Patient Care Team Leader role at a Pharmaceutical homecare company based in Tamworth.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Patient Care Team. You will provide customer support on behalf of all departments, dealing with customer queries via the telephone. You will deal with complaints/issues raised from Patients and resolve in the best way to provide excellent customer service. You will also undertake duties within the dispensary when required.

As this is a Team Leader role, you must have previous experience at a supervisory/team leader level and be able to demostrate leadership skills
