Company Overview: We are a reputable construction company specializing in high-end residential properties. Our projects involve waterproofing structures, preventing water ingress, and damp proofing. As a multi-trade operative, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our clients’ homes.

Position Details:

* Role: Multi-Trade Operative

* Experience Required:

* Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.

* Carpentry: Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repairs.

* Electrical: Competent in electrical work, such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.

* Working Hours:

* Start at 6:00 AM at our yard.

* Travel to various sites throughout the day.

* Finish work by 4:30 PM.

* Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

* Waterproof structures, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture.

* Address water ingress issues promptly.

* Damp-proof walls, floors, and basements.

* Requirements:

* Clean Driving License: You’ll be traveling between sites, so a valid driving license is essential.

* CSC Card: Certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).

* Clear DBS Check: We prioritize safety and trustworthiness.

* Compensation:

* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
