Our Clients who operate this award winning Patisserie and Bakery in Boston Spa are expanding into Harrogate and are looking to recruit a pastry CDP into their flagship venue in Boston Spa
This is a very rare opportunity to gain a position within this young up and coming award winning company, and you will certainly learn and gain the skills and techniques in time to progress your career, this really is a venue where you can hone your craft and let the creative skills in you come to the fore!
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
Having worked in pastry section in a high end venue, or an established Patisserie
Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
Own transport would be ideal due to location
Have a real desire to learn, and energy to push yourself to be the best every day
Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
