Customer Service Administrator – If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills this could be the next role for you! Spider is working on behalf of a Transport Company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator based at their premises in Thetford, Norfolk.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of their busy transport office. The role is office based and you will be working Monday to Friday from 11:00 am – 19:00pm on a full-time basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Communicating efficiently with customers, network members and drivers
Organising and managing multiple accounts
Dealing with customer queries on the phone and by email
Maintaining and updating data in electronic databases
Ensuring accuracy with customer communication and recording of information
Streamlining processes and making sure of smooth operations in the office

About you:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team, and can multitask effectively. It is essential that you have previous customer service experience and understand office procedures and principles.
