Litigation Fee Earner

Our client is looking for an experienced Litigation/Dispute Resolution Fee Earner to join their fast-paced team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Litigation Department to be able to easily take on the role from day one, alongside full training on internal systems and procedures.

This role involves all aspects of Civil Litigation Work, for private and business individuals, except Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Employment, as that work is dealt with by those departments separately.

* Dispute Resolution Services for Individuals

* Bankruptcy

* Dispute Resolution Services for Business

* Insolvency

* Debt Recovery

* The source of work is from a mixture of existing clients, as well as direct enquiries, word of mouth/recommendations.

Candidate Specification:

* 10 years+ SQE

* Full UK driving licence due to travelling to other sites.

* Previous experience within a Litigation Fee Earner role

* Previous experience within a Litigation Department
