One of my local authority clients are currently on the lookout for Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team on an interim basis.
Principal Private Sector Housing Officer
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Home Counties
Pay Rate: DOE
IR35 Status: Inside
Start Date: May
Hours p/w: 37
Hybrid working: X2 or X3 days in office per week.
You will be expected to cover Private Sector Housing work including: HMO's, potentially some caravan licensing, drainage and public health matters such as filthy or verminous premises.

Successful candidates must have previous leadership experience alongside having previous local authority experience, a minimum of 2 years, conducting HHSRS inspections on a range of properties.
