Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Design Estimator Ductwork Systems will involve:
Designer Estimator position for the design and installation offire proof ductwork systems
Working with Main Contractors, M&E Consultants, Electrical Consultants and M&E Contractors
Reviewing tender enquiries and gaining an understanding of requirements
Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings on Revit
Ensure that all designs meet the client requirements
Producing formalised quotations to clients
Liaise regularly with sales and project management teams
Once the client places an order, hand over project to operations / projects teams
Project order values can vary from £100k circa £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be a Design Estimator Ductwork Systems with:
Must have Estimator experience within the ductwork market sector
Must have experience using AutoCAD Revit & Ensign software
Ideally will have a sound knowledge of various HVAC / M&E / fire protection systems such as: ductwork, ventilation systems, fire alarms, power cables, control cables, emergency lighting, lifts, sprinklers, emergency power, smoke & heat extract systems
Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
