Are you a Senior Manager with a wealth of experience in commissioning new care homes for Older Persons residential care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for a Head of Commissioning to join a reputable, well-established, non-corporate private healthcare provider.
This role comes with a salary of £70,000 - £75,000, negotiable depending on experience, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-respected healthcare provider. You'll be working directly with the Managing Director and travelling across the North to oversee the company's portfolio of homes.

As the Head of Commissioning, your responsibilities will include:
Commissioning new services and supporting existing homes in maximising commercial performance.
Utilising your strong commercial and business acumen.
Applying your knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework.
Managing occupancy.
Using your extensive experience of commissioning care homes.

Package and Benefits:
As the Head of Commissioning, you will receive:
An annual salary of £70,000 to £75,000, negotiable depending on experience.
Up to 33 days annual leave allowance.
A company pension.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Commissioning role should have:
Experience at Operations level within the older persons care home environment.
Strong Commercial / Business acumen.
Knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework.
Experience in Occupancy Management.
Extensive experience of commissioning care homes.
A full driving licence.
