Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the Nottinghamshire who are currently seeking an Welding Lecturer, to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The College are open to Industry specialists looking to start their career in teaching as well as experienced Welding Lecturers. This role will involve delivery on both practical and theoretical elements of Level 1 - 3 courses. Examples of things that will be covered throughout the course may be MMA, MIG, TIG and sheet metal.
Requirements

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication & Welding.
A teaching qualification is desirable and not essential.
A strong understanding of the Welding industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
Be passionate about educating the next generation of Welders and have experience dealing with learners with challenging behaviour.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
