Do you have import/export/shipping experience?

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to work in-house as part of a fantastic team?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you! You will be working for an established company with a truly global customer base.

What will the role involve?

Arranging worldwide shipment and ensuring high standards of export documentation and compliance.
Liasing with Freight Forwarders ad ensuring logistical accuracy.
Preparing documents for customs clearance/delivery
Advising customers of shipment details
Expediting planned shipments and liaising with necessary internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

Previous experience in a Logistics / Shipping role
Knowledge of sea & air freight handling
Understanding of Incoterms & import/export
Experience working with Shipping and Export ERP system.
Good attention to detail and strong administration / organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
