We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join one of the leading food manufacturers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)

Presentation of the weekly P&L, KPI’s & monthly board pack to Senior Leadership Teams
Assist with preparing annual budgets & quarterly reforecasts
Management and development of the Finance, Sales Admin & IT teams
Preparing monthly VAT returns, cash flows and CAPEX forecasts
Maintaining finance system and factory ERP information and related reporting dashboards
Managing the year-end audit & internal audits

Job Related Experience Required

Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Previous experience of FMCG manufacturing (preferably food related)
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools & techniques
Excellent level of attendance, timekeeping, and problem solving skills

Training Required

Level 3 in Health & Safety (IOSH or equivalent)
Group and Site inductions
Hazards & Near Miss reporting
Accident Investigation training
Level 3 in Food Safety (minimum)
