Job Description

Health & Safety Program Lead - Up to £45,000 - Dorset

Join our client, one of the leading housing associations in the UK, renowned for its commitment to delivering quality affordable housing.

As a Health & Safety Program Lead, you'll hold a pivotal position in shaping and implementing HSE engagement programs and initiatives.

With the flexibility to work from home or any of their numerous office locations, you'll achieve that work-life balance.

Your role will entail spearheading the development of innovative HSE engagement programs, collaborating with various stakeholders, including voiceover artists, to craft compelling materials and resources. You'll explore inventive avenues, such as interactive media, roadshows, and safety campaigns, to promote safety culture effectively.

This role is instrumental in continuing the development of an already great health and safety ethos within this progressive organisation. You'll conduct group workshops and lead engaging safety programs with support from their dedicated team of health and safety professionals. Through innovative engagement strategies, you'll champion a behavioural safety program that truly resonates with their workforce.

Seeking individuals with proven experience in designing and facilitating HSE engagement programs, coupled with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Your ability to adapt to diverse audiences will be paramount to your success in this role.

While a NEBOSH General and membership of IOSH or equivalent would be advantageous, we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience and a passion for driving positive change in health and safety.

In addition to a competitive salary, they offer a comprehensive benefits package:

* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing yearly up to 30 days).

* Opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.

* Company pension scheme matched up to 12%.

* Including discounted shopping and cycling schemes.

* Life cover.

* Flexible working arrangement.

* Options for private medical, dental and critical illness cover
