Semi senior accountant in Uckfield - CV-Library

Our client are seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant, who is qualified AAT, with 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience or qualified by experience. Experience in preparing accounts for companies, partnerships, and sole traders, along with audit experience. You will be working in a small team, reporting to a Client Accounts Manager.

About the role

Working on a varied client portfolio
Managing relationships with clients and contacts
Preparing accounts for both incorporated & unincorporated entities
Preparing management accounts as required
Managing bookkeeping for clients and completion of VAT returns as necessary
Undertaking audit work including planning, fieldwork, and completionAbout you

Strong skills working with spreadsheets such as Excel
Ability to work with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Ability to present complex accounting information in an easy-to-understand format
Excellent arithmetic and mathematical skills
Ability to delegate tasks
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to produce results
Excellent customer service and client satisfaction skills
