Are you an expert in playing games, taking your children on daily adventures in the garden and just having fun?
If you can sing badly, act appallingly, eat endless mud pies and drink poorly made cups of tea we would love to hear from you.

We have a vacancy for a room leader in a privately owned nursery in Baldock.
Situated close to the town centre with ample on site parking, this nursery has been serving the local community for a number of years.
They are recruiting a Room Leader to join them. You will be leading a team of qualified practitioners plus helping train new apprentices as they start their early years career.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 6 months experience working within a nursery or
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• 10-year checkable work/education history.
• Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’

What we are looking for:
• Real passion for education and learning.
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Adaptable and reliable.
• Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team
• Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.
