An exciting opportunity for a Junior Urban Designer to join a nationally established Architectural Practice based in Bristol to join their talented design team.

My Clients, a highly reputable practice based in Bristol are searching for a Junior Urban Designer - Architectural Designer that can collaborate with Clientele to create sustainable and successful developments to really enhance communities environments and make a positive impact.

The successful Junior Urban Designer will require to have demonstrated experience working within a private practice or consultancy that also possesses the ability to interpret local authority guidance whilst working on planning systems.

Essential Requirements for candidates:

Recognised Degree, Masters or Diploma in Urban Design / Architecture / Built Environment
Post qualification UK working experience
Working experience within detailed design - RMA.
Proficiency in CAD and Sketchup (Essential)
Working knowledge of Vectorworks (Essential)
In depth knowledge of planning systems with the ability to interpret design guidance
Proven ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
Possess strong communication skills and have a meticulous attention to detail.A competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Junior Urban Designer likely to be in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
