Job Requirements

* Capitalising and converting warm leads from marketing materials

* Successfully explain all services provided to any potential landlords

* Onboarding new landlords ensuring all necessary checks are conducted

* Upselling any services to clients

* Face to face meeting with clients

* Managing Landlord relationships once successfully working with the business

* Working and exceeding targets and KPI’s

Job skills required

* Proven track record in sales, BDM or account management roles

* Excellent communication both verbal and written

* Ability to multi task

* Property industry experience desirable but not essential

* Ability to build, maintain and enhance client relationships

* Excellent organisational skills

* Knowledge of letting desirable

Business Development Manager| Manchester | £30,000 plus OTE £40k -£45k
