Responsibilities:

- Managing inbound calls directly from clients

- Evaluating client requirements during each call

- Directing clients to the appropriate department or team member for seamless service continuation

- Recognising client patterns and pinpointing areas for enhancement

- Stepping in for our Front of House team whenever necessary

- Taking charge of departmental and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
