Deliver engaging and inspiring lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in motor vehicle technology.
Teach the apprentices up to a level 3 standard.
Develop innovative curriculum materials and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
Foster a positive learning environment conducive to active participation and skill development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and industry experience in motor vehicle technology.
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PTTLS Cert Ed)
Passion for teaching and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
