Our well-established Care Home is currently seeking an NMC Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping others. The Care Home is looking for an individual who can work well within a team, as well as alone, and who is able to multitask effectively and make sound decisions in the face of unexpected situations.Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in resident care, managing a small team in conjuction with or in the absence of the manager.
• To ensure care plans and risk assessments are updated and evaluated for all clients to maintain high standards of person centred care.
• To ensure that all medication is administered and documentation carried out to NMC standards. Receiving, storing, handling, administering, and disposing of medications according to current legislation and guidelines.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide safe and effective nursing care.
• Manage residents health problems and deliver high quality end of life care.Desirable Skills:
