Panoramic Associates is currently seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority team for an initial 6-month contract based in Hertfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to property management and development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with internal and external clients, members of the public, and officers.
Measuring property in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules of works for tendering/quotations.
Contract administration of projects, including issuing certificates, variation orders, and certifying payments.
Identifying building defects and providing recommendations for repair, including preparing estimates.
Preparing budget estimates, costs, and outline specifications during the design process.Next Steps:
