Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Service Care Legal is working on behalf of a 'Legal 500 Leading Firm' which is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers. You will be dealing with a mix of residential property work (mainly shared ownership transactions being purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions) including straight transactions mix.

SALARY: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonuses

LOCATION: Bristol

Responsibilities

Conducting transactions and supervising a sub-team of 4/5 staff lawyers.
Demonstrating a strong legal knowledge and long experience in technical conveyancing.
Supervising the output of enquiries, report on title, and reports on searches of the team.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Utilising the company's own systems to manage cases.Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
Qualified Solicitor in the UK.
Ideally experience of managing a teamBenefits
