Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client who is based in Ellesmere Port. They are seeking a Shipping Team Leader to join the team. As a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, they need someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and has excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

As a Shipping Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping operations for our automotive manufacturing company. This includes:

Managing a team
Ensuring the accurate and timely shipping of our products
Completing shipping paperwork with the upmost accuracy
Booking in HGV Deliveries
FLT Driving from time to time, so a valid Counterbalance licence is crucial

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong administration and accurate data inputting skills
Previous Team Leader / Management experience
Valid Counterbalance Licence
Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, Automotive desirable.
Ability to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern of Days/Afternoons and Nights as our production runs 24/7
Transport to be able to get to and from site as no public transport will accommodate the shift pattern or location
