About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in our client's mission to expand their supply in small and medium-sized cities across the United Kingdom. Your primary responsibility will be to grow the supply's top of the funnel through market visits, info sessions, and outbound call campaigns. By understanding the needs and goals of current and prospective drivers, you'll pitch our client as the ultimate solution. Your valuable insights into the market will also help shape their operations strategy.

Responsibilities:

Participate in market visits, driving supply growth
Conduct compelling info sessions, selling the value proposition to drivers
Engage in outbound call campaigns to attract and activate new drivers
Manage existing and potential driver interactions, addressing their needs and concerns
Support drivers through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the operations team
Collaborate with third-party partners to scale supply and demand in new city launches

Requirements:

1 year of previous experience in field sales or a client-facing role
Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to proactively achieve goals
Action-oriented mindset, consistently finding practical solutions to challenges
A natural people person, skilled at building relationships and getting others excited
Adaptable and organised, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

💼 Contract Type: Temporary

🌞 Working Pattern: Full Time

📍 Location: Broadmead, Bristol

⏰ Contract Length: 12 months

💰 Competitive Hourly Rate: £14.42
