Job Description

The Caraires Consultancy, (Members of the REC), established in 2007 are expanding and seeking a new ‘family’ member to work as recruitment consultant - to find jobs for candidates and candidates for clients.

Working Monday – Friday (37.5 hours) we are looking for a candidate who has a passion for enhancing people’s lives by finding them the right job with the right company with the right culture.

The role

1.To call new and lapsed clients – to educate and discuss the USP’s. Arrange meetings with the clients to ensure we maximise their accounts and ‘brick wall’ them from our competitors. Continually updating our CRM (Recruit Studio).

2.To agree resourcing plans with our clients and write engaging copy to attract the best talent in the marketplace. Use social media to attract candidates and CV search.

3.Meeting with candidates to interview them and gain sufficient information to match them to clients using our 3 fit match competency fit, culture fit and company fit .To work pro-actively on their behalf.

4.To carry out day- to-day administration activities as required to ensure Caraires remain legally compliant.

5.Manage the Interview process and ensure clear an honest communication with both candidates and clients

6.Service visits to existing clients offering local market information. Deliver new starter gifts and temp of the month prizes.

7.Continual communication with the temporary work force and management of absence.

8.Adhere to The Caraires Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies when working with clients, colleagues and stakeholders and to respect confidentiality at all times.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do – belief, care, time, kindness, loyalty and honesty.

Our ideal candidate

1.Will be educated to A Level (or equivalent) standard, have confident communication and IT skills and be able to write business emails. You must have excellent written and verbal English and numerical skills.

2.Confident to speak to candidates and clients and work towards being a ‘partner’ as opposed to a ‘supplier’
