Job Description

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our team as a Care & Support Worker. You’ll be assisting customers with personal care, getting to appointments, light domestic duties, meal preparation and social outings and activities, promoting independence, choice and dignity.
What you'll have:
If you don’t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we’ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings.
And most of all, you’ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents’ lives!
Location:
You will be working at our Extra Care Scheme, Ryde Village, and throughout the community in Ryde.
