An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Head of Children and Young People, based in Surrey.
 
Salary £40000 - £45000
 
Job Purpose:
To act as figurehead, inspiration, teacher and leader for the client’s childcare services, the children, childcare staff, and management team, always representing the highest of standards and ensuring those standards of childcare practice are always evident in nursery, juniors, and baby-gym/crèche.
 
Qualifications / Educational Requirements:
Childcare level 3 or above 
ICT Knowledge & understanding
 
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience of managing a similar multi sight setting
Recent Ofsted inspection experience and in-depth knowledge of EYFS framework and other   relevant regulatory frameworks
Proven commitment, understanding and passion for delivering the best Early Years Practice
Knowledgeable and experienced in managing HR matters 
Experienced & trained in Childcare recruitment 
Confident and able to lead and deliver in all staff training 
Flexible and able to work weekends
