Our client is a dynamic and friendly organisation in the construction industry. Known for their outstanding customer service, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
Proactively chase contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
Monitor and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system
Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service experienceEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a customer service role
