Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain relevant information for direct deliveries, ensuring seamless supply chain operations
Oversee the receiving of proof of deliveries, meticulously checking them against placed orders and maintaining accurate records.
Utilise the company's system to process customer orders efficiently and accurately, contributing to smooth and efficient transactions.
Assist in setting up and managing customer product codes to facilitate order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilise Adobe Sign to send agreements to customers, ensuring compliance and security in all transactions.
Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the relevant departments.
Prepare and deliver daily reports for management, providing valuable insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
Provide support with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales administration or related field.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
