Scanning Operator in Newcastle upon Tyne - CV-Library

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday with a 4.30pm finish on Friday

In this role, you'll be integral to our scanning operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of high-speed IT6 Flat Bed scanners, maintaining machine health, conducting quality checks, and assisting with data management tasks such as file sorting and indexing.

Duties include:

Scanning of prepared work on a high speed IT6 Flat Bed scanner
Identify Large Format, put aside for Supervisor Collection
Daily care of machines i.e. clearing jams, lens and sensor cleaning Clearing Jams,
Identifying anomalies and reporting to Supervisor
Operation of the hardware and software to the trained standard
Conducting quality checks on own work to ensure the required standard is met at all times.
