Job Summary:

* As a Marketing Executive (social media) at Hariley Digital, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies that align with our clients' goals and brand identity. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' online visibility, engagement, and brand reputation across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Hariley Digital's clients, including content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans.

* Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

* Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to build relationships and foster a sense of community.

* Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization.

* Platform Management: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our clients' profiles are always up-to-date and in compliance with platform guidelines.

* Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, understanding their objectives and providing them with regular updates on social media activities and results.

* Collaboration: Work closely with our close-knit team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

An ideal candidate would have but not be limited to:

* A strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

* Experience preferred but not essential.

* Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
